Warranty Information
All products sold by SolarpunkIt are backed by the manufacturer's warranty provided by Rich Solar, our trusted supplier. Warranty coverage varies by product type: rigid and portable solar panels typically include a 25-year power output warranty and 5-10 years for workmanship (with flexible panels at 1 year); batteries range from 5-10 years (prorated); inverters from 2-10 years; controllers from 1-2 years; and other components generally 1 year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, but excludes damage from abuse, misuse, improper installation, or modifications. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or prorated refunds, at Rich Solar's discretion. To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at info@solarpunkit.com with your order details and proof of purchase—we'll assist in coordinating with Rich Solar, including obtaining an RMA if needed.
